Introduction
We believe that a collaboration on this project can create wonderful collectable backgammon boards for Bone Club Members. Both you, your brand and Bone Club will take advantage of selling these backgammon boards. Bone Club will benefit from increased sales and you as the collaborator will receieve commission on every item sold.

The Concept
Bone Club and the collaborators will design and craft a range of highly desirable and beautiful backgammon boards never seen before.
These boards can be sold on both collaborators websites. Bone Club will recoop its normal fees for selling a board and you will receive commission on every board sold.
We are asking for a unique piece of artwork or colour palettes, guildelines and assets from your Graphic Identity. We look to work closely with you as artists or your in house designers to produce something magical. With Bone Club's vast experience of designing backgammon boards you will be guided through the process.
Bone Club will produce high end 3D visualisations of the chosen artwork housed in the board allowing members and customers to see the product before it is made.
Orders will be taken and the printed artwork will be housed in pre-crafted boards.
You will recieve comission on every board sold. This will be an ongoing arrangement. The boards can be sold on both collaborators websites.
Once the first board has been made photographs will be taken to assist future marketing of the product.
The Board
The frame of the board is identical to the board found on the Bone Club website called Lennox. See the product in the video below. A detailed desciption can be found below the video.
Lennox is a tournament size board made from selected Ash timber, in either Natural or Black Stain, finished with 4 coasts on Lacquer. The original, luxurious and vegan friendly playing surface is made from Pineapple leather. This man made leather is very luxurious and allows our specialist digital printers to apply the chosen artwork. Additional designs will be printed on more pineapple leather for the outside of the attaché.
Elegant Design:
This board features a Laquered Natural Ash frame paired with a high quality printed pineapple leather showcasing your artwork. Matt checkers. The outer lids are inlaid more pineapple leather allowing for outer artwork too.
Vegan-Friendly Pineapple Leather:
The lid and bases are finished with a pineapple leather outer surface, adding a touch of sophistication and sustainability to your game.
Portable and Lightweight:
Ideal for travel and tournaments, this board is designed for easy transport without compromising on quality.
Smooth and Quiet Play:
Enjoy a fast, smooth, and quiet game every time you play.
Secure and Stylish:
Open the board using sleek black combination locks and admire the beautiful solid black hinges hidden from the outside.
High-Quality Accessories:
Includes pineapple leather-lined Beech shakers, lovely food-grade resin 44.5mm matt checkers, a vegan leather handle, and our signature 44.5mm Bone Club doubling cube in white.
Precision Dice:
Comes with a set of four black and white precision dice for an accurate and fair game.

Not only does this board look beautiful it also plays fast, smooth and quiet.
Artwork
The print of the pineapple leather is impressive.
Even though there is a grain in the leather surface the print has a full coverage. Colours do come up slightly less vivid but only slightly. Detailed illustrations and photography can easily be printed. Colour pantones palettes can be matched as best as possible.

There are a few important notes when creating the artwork:

There are two sides to the board and the design can be
the same either side, have two separate designs or have one design that spreads over both halves.

Players normally roll on the right hand side of the board so it is best if the design faces the players on the RHS. This includes logo direction.

There is enough contrast / pattern difference between the field background and the pips.

There is enough contrast / patter difference between the two pip colours.

There is enough contrast between the checker colours.

There is bleed on the document.

There is a adobe illustrator layer with the plan of the timber frame including the accessories tray. You can turn this layer off in illustrator however you should be aware that the artwork in this area is really not seen as much.

As this is a collaboration Bone Club would prefer to have ‘Bones’ the logo on the board on one side, normally in the middle of the the accessories tray where the doubling cube sits. The ‘Bones’ logo is on the template file.

Before the artwork creation starts Guy Haslam from Bone Club is would like a virtual meeting with you to go through all of the above and answer any questions you might have.

3D Configurator
Once the artwork is agreed Bone Club will generate a 3D visualisation. Customers will be able to view the animated board and investigate in 3D. They will be able to see alternative timbers and open / close the board using the buttons as well. Additionally customers will be able to use Augmented Reality to place the board in situation in their house or location.
It really is a lovely way to sell the boards without having to produce them first. Bone Club will have frames prepared for the leather to be printed and added as the last stage. The board will then be ready for delivery.

Financials
No investment is required by you other than the agreed artwork.
Commission will be immediately paid by bank transfer upon every individual sale.
Commission value depends on the board we design and the artwork / brand. We will discuss this figure with you in a google meet.
